Tecomatic processes your personal data with the utmost responsibility and based on current legislation, including the The Data Protection Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). In this privacy policy we want to inform you about howwho and why we process your personal data to make you feel safe in your contact with us. We also inform you about the legal basis for processing your personal data.

Tecomatic has the right to change this policy at any time and will in such cases publish any changes on the website with information about when the changes will take effect.

What personal data we process

If you have been in contact with us, for example by filling in our contact form on the website or registering for one of our events, we will process the data you have provided, such as your name, phone number and email address.

If you apply for a job with us, we process the personal data you submit in your application, such as your name, contact details, CV and cover letter.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

By filling in our contact form or registering for an event, you give Tecomatic consent to process the personal data provided for the stated purpose.

By submitting a job application, Tecomatic has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data to assess whether you are a suitable candidate for the current position or any future vacancies within the company.

Who can access your personal data?

We only share your personal data with employees of the company who require it to perform their duties. If you are applying for a job and have a protected identity, you should contact the contact person indicated in the advertisement. You should also be careful about what information you share in your application. Therefore, only share information that is relevant to the position in question.

In some cases, we share your personal data with our suppliers who process personal data on our behalf, known as processors. This could be, for example, a recruitment company or a supplier that provides systems, software or IT solutions to us as a company.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data as long as we consider that you have an interest in our services.

When applying for a vacancy, your application will be kept for 24 months after your last application. Your candidate account will be saved 1 month after the application is deleted.

Your rights

In accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access and obtain information about the personal data we process about you. The request must be made in writing and relate to a so-called extract from the register. You also have the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction and the right to object to our processing of your personal data. The right to have personal data deleted is not absolute, as the legal obligation to retain data takes precedence. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our personal data processing with the responsible supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
