In this privacy policy we want to inform you about howwho and why we process your personal data to make you feel safe in your contact with us. What personal data we process

We only share your personal data with employees of the company who require it to perform their duties. If you are applying for a job and have a protected identity, you should contact the contact person indicated in the advertisement. You should also be careful about what information you share in your application. Therefore, only share information that is relevant to the position in question.
In some cases, we share your personal data with our suppliers who process personal data on our behalf, known as processors. This could be, for example, a recruitment company or a supplier that provides systems, software or IT solutions to us as a company.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data as long as we consider that you have an interest in our services.
When applying for a vacancy, your application will be kept for 24 months after your last application. Your candidate account will be saved 1 month after the application is deleted.

The request must be made in writing and relate to a so-called extract from the register. You also have the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction and the right to object to our processing of your personal data. The right to have personal data deleted is not absolute, as the legal obligation to retain data takes precedence. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our personal data processing with the responsible supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
